See Girl Work is an independent creative agency working at the intersection of health, equity, education, and community. We help nonprofits, advocacy groups, and equity organizations communicate their impact through strategic storytelling, design, and content that drives engagement, funding, and action.

Your organization just spent six months and $10K on a resource, a report, or a toolkit. The research is solid. The issue is real. The community needs it. But if no one sees it, no one understands it, and the people you built it for don't feel seen enough to care, none of that matters. Storytelling can be high impact. But only if done right.
See Girl Work produced a bilingual animated video campaign for The African and Caribbean Council on HIV/AIDS in Ontario (ACCHO) to increase PrEP awareness across African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities in Ontario.
Transform ACCHO's existing PrEP resource into a public awareness PSA campaign, a series of animated social media videos designed to raise awareness about PrEP within Ontario's ACB communities. The videos needed to represent a diverse range of intersectional identities and make the case clearly: PrEP is for everyone.
We started with the community, who they are, where they gather, and what they already care about. Each episode was set in an everyday environment: a restaurant, a barbershop, and a park. Characters were designed to reflect the diversity of Black Canadians. Produced in English and French for landscape and Instagram Reels.
See Girl Work produced a bilingual animated video campaign for Innu First Nations to address the health risks associated with smoking, educating community members, particularly youth, about the dangers of smoking and the importance of healthy lifestyles.
Create an engaging animated video resource to educate Innu First Nations community members about the dangers of smoking, the benefits of smoke free spaces, and the importance of adopting healthy lifestyles. Available in both English and Innu, formatted for Facebook.
We collaborated with community stakeholders to craft a culturally sensitive script. Partnered with professional Innu translators to ensure linguistic accuracy. Created a vibrant animated video (two minutes) with custom thumbnail graphics designed to encourage engagement on Facebook. Produced in collaboration with Maku Productions.
Check In is a mental wellness initiative created to encourage more open, supportive conversations around mental health within Black communities across Canada. See Girl Work developed the brand identity and produced a brand video that brings the Check In story to life.
Develop a brand identity and storytelling system for Check In, a mental wellness initiative built on the belief that care starts with connection. The brand needed to feel warm, human, and culturally grounded while maintaining the credibility of a national initiative.
We developed a complete brand identity system: visual identity, colour palette, typography, brand voice, and graphic elements, and produced a brand video that communicates the Check In mission with clarity and emotional resonance. Built to reframe mental wellness from a crisis response into an everyday act of community.
See Girl Work produces nonprofit storytelling that moves: animation, brand video, social, and print. Let's build something together.
